Ultra Level It One Self Levelling Compound is rated

Read the instructions- Every other type of levelling product requires some form of prep, possibly with a bonding agent such as SBR or PVA. This one does not- I'm glad we caught that before we began laying it. It requires no bonding agents.
It claims to have deep filling abilities- it does not. It simply slumps and leaves you with holes and shallow spots to revisit with a second or third mix, thus not leaving you with the smooth finish that any other levelling product gives you.
Allow nothing to sit on this floor for well over a week, or it will simply lift and crack and cause trip hazards. My customer places a small rug(a week after laying/pouring) And a huge area of this cr@p delaminated, lifted and cracked. The lifting caused a real trio hazard that had to be chiselled away and will require a repair with a decent product.
In another area, it would not adhere to concrete had been poured 5 weeks prior.
Whatever this cr@p is made of, it does not like to be used against anything that is not perfect conditions. Painful and useless. I now have to buy something else to make repairs and make safe.
All costing me time and money!
Avoid this rubbish!

This product has done the job of levelling our floor but it absolutely stinks and has done so for the last three weeks. It emits a nasty sulphur, rotten egg smell which will not go away. The whole house smells bad. Do not use (unless you like the smell of rotten eggs)
