Great and easy to use product, even for beginners :)
I've just used this product based on review i read of Paul's. Apart from beginner error, this was a hoot to use.
Following all the guide lines, first primed the floor evening before floor was to be laid. you can't miss were to have painted as it appears white, drying clear by the next morning.
Day of reckoning, i mixed the 2 part leveling compound. this was great as no worrying about if i had right quantities. this pours nice and smoothly.
Now for beginner error, i poured the whole lot on to the floor. Needed to work fast, using trowel to push compound out across the floor, phew, i got away with it. I future i will know better :)
Using spiked roller, this seemed to help compound find its level. think i overworked it though as there are now slight dimples in the surface but not an issue.
totally recommend this 2part leveling compound and will use again as i progress through my property.

Brilliantly simple to work with...
I used this product for the first time recently (12/05/2012) and found it absolutely amazing. I am a wood and laminate floor fitter, so have got a lot of experience with levelling compounds.
The massive benefit of this product is the liquid 5ltr latex that is added to the levelling powder. The system is pre measured, so simply all that's required is a flexible bucket (for ease of pouring), a mixing paddle, a drill and obviously your 2 part levelling compound. Pour the powder and the latex into a bucket and stir till the mix has no lumps and has the same texture as a thick milkshake. It's as simple as that. The consistency is perfect every time. Very useful if you have a large area and have to screed in sections, no messing.
The absolute tip of the century when using any levelling compound :
The amount of times I've seen even so called professionals leave air bubbles in a levelling job and the compound is left looking like the inside of a sponge cake is far too many! If this happens, the floor will have the structural integrity of a wet leaf.
To avoid this, after you have mixed the latex and the powder together, simply, tap the side of the bucket for a few minutes. You will see all the trapped air that was created in the mixing process rise to the surface and the air will be released. Scrape off the last stubborn bubbles that have come to rest on the surface and you will have a nice strong, smooth compound that will have strength and leave you looking like a professional.
Unless you're feathering in a patch repair, a second tip is to trowel the compound as least as possible. This stuff, with the perfect measured mix will do all the work for you as soon as you start pouring. Just move the compound around with a trowel to get even coverage and then leave it alone!
I highly recommend this product and will be suggesting it to my customers in the future.
I hope this has been of help. I've included a few pictures of a recent job I carried out using the ultra level.
