Pretty but not worth the efort
We ordered the four colours of the tiles in equal shares but received only three colours. I appreciate that they are similar but at this price they should have been thoroughly checked before delivery to the customer. The works had already started and putting the builders on hold would have been more costly than buying more tiles that we had to chase around town as they are not in stock in all stores. During the search we noticed that they are frequently packed under the incorrect colour label so no wonder the mess with our delivery. We were told that they needed sealing but our builder did not see the need for it and he was right. The tiles click constantly when out f the box and I just hope that is not an indicator of anything more sinister waiting to happen now that they are on the wall. They look very pretty but they were a nightmare to get and the colours are so similar that the lay out takes time.
It is worth mentioning that one of the shop assistants that we met during the later tiles search at the Shoreditch branch was shocked to hear that we had been offered absolutely no discount on the full price of 7 square meters of this tiles plus 3 square meters of wood effect porcelain floor tiles at the branch in North Greenwich.
The tiles look pretty but I would not chose them again knowing the hassle they bring along.

Really beautiful crackle-glazed tiles
All of my friends have commented on how beautiful these tiles look in my new (traditional-style, taupe wood) kitchen. They have a lovely handmade appearance and are easy to keep clean. I love the crackle glaze and very slightly off-white colour.
