Happy returns and a dodgy scooter :)
Experienced excellent customer service at the Brentford store last week. Many thanks to Asst Mgr Mike and his assistant for investigating, solving and actioning a returns issue. I'd been in the store some time after closing as they tried to trace orders, fight the (IT) system, etc etc.
Contacted me some hours later to let me know they'd spotted the problem (which wasn't easy - involved unravelling some pretty weird system data integrity issues), and continued to resolve the issue into the next day with head office - while still serving other customers and providing excellent banter! Can truly say I left the store a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back as a result to spend the contents of my piggy bank. Many thanks to these two gentlemen, all in all going beyond the call of duty!

rude and agresive
i am a regular to tops tiles and local to this branch its not the first time i have this rude and aggression from some of the staff then he end up playing with his phone and smoking in the store , i really don't pay attention i just come to get what i want quickly ,but this time was annoying
one of the staff was very rude and he asked me to get out of his store when i told hime that what he answered me was rude and not polite ,,
the worst happened when i came back to collect order and manager was there he asked one of the staff who was serving me to GO and serve other customer as i will take ages (manager said) i just ignored that and then asked if i should come back tomorrow then he turn in a really rude voice to give me other speech on how to follow processor , never to this store again
i just hope that RIM will investigate if he care about customer .
