Multiple purchases with exceptional service on all of it.
From start to finish we have been delighted with the service and quality of products from our local Topps Tiles. For the last 12 months we have been renovating our barn in Alvechurch and have been on the hunt for suitable quality tiles and flooring. All the staff at the Redditch store had brilliant knowledge and couldn't assist enough , especially Rob who helped us choose our flooring and was absolutely spot on with the estimation of how much flooring we would need..We had tiles for two separate rooms and when we ran out they helped to source some more without any hesitation.
All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store, the training that this team of guys have had is commendable because they really know what customer service means.

Very courteous and professional
A short whilst ago I purchased some Zelve tiles from Redditch store. Some times I get great service and I think I must write a thank you note and then never do it or forget. It has played on my mind about how courteous professional and most of all helpful that Shane and the other staff at the store were. They definitely deserve some praise.
Me and my wife had visited other tile sellers and had left a bit bewildered. We walked into Topps Tiles where we were welcomed which put us at ease. Shane was helpful from beginning to end because we visited the store numerous times, almost our second home. He understood exactly what I was looking for and showed us different options with different antislip options. We left the store with different options and all of their details hand written down. When we had visited the store at different times the other staff were just as helpful and polite. Eventually we purchased the tiles and Shane was very helpful in loading them into our motor and also careing that making sure that we had our son at home to take them out again.
Words cannot express how suprised I was to receive the level of service thast I received. It would be difficult to suggest any improvements.
