The team were incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgable and cheerful in all my interactions with them, providing advice and guidance where necessary all delivered with a smile and an eye for my needs.
No problem was too small, or great, for them to deal with.
I arranged for collection of my tiles from the store. Where tiles had been broken in transit, they arranged for home delivery for the replacement tiles as I couldn’t get back to the store.
I purchased too many tiles from multiple Topps Tiles stores (Raynes Park, Croydon and even Truro) and unfortunately lost the receipts. When I came to return them, they handled it with patience, humour and perseverance, calling their colleagues in Truro and Croydon and even the IT department to get the necessary information to be able to refund me.
Top quality customer service from everyone, but top marks to Dre.

Karis was a star!
I ordered the wrong colour tiles for our bathroom, only to find out they were wrong while away on business, with the tiler waiting to fit them. I re-ordered from 1 Topps store only to then be told although they were in stock it would be 3-4 days before delivery. I needed them now as builders were waiting. So I called Raynes Park and spoke to Karis. Within 5 minutes Karis had solved the problem, tiles were re-ordered for immediate pick up, cancelled other store order, all good. I then returned the 'wrong' tiles back to store a few days later with no issues at all with refunds processed a few days later. It's refreshing to walk into a store and actually be met with some enthusiasm rather than the usual 'I don't really want to be here, but can I help' , which seems prevalent in most stores today...Many thanks, and thanks again Karis.
