Initial cleaning

Residue Remover (Neutral)

What it's for
A cleaner for removing building site dirt, installation residues and any type of limescale

Advantages

How it's used

1. Dilute Residue Remover (Neutral) 1:5-1:30 depending on the level of deposits to be removed
2. Spread the solution over the floor with a rag and leave to act for a few minutes
3. Use a floor scrubbing brush or a single-disc professional polisher. Vacuum or wipe up residue
4. Rinse with water

Residue Remover (Extra Strong)

What It's For
It removes building-site dirt, installation residues, any saline efflorescence and any type of lime scale

Advantages

1. Does not develop harmful fumes
2. Does not alter the surface appearance or colour
3. Does not damage grouts
4. Does not harm aluminium or steel trims

How It's Used

1. Dilute Residue Remover (Extra Strong) 1:5-1:10 depending on the level of deposits to be removed

What It's For
Provides protection for limestone

How It's Used

1. Install floor / fix walls as per requirements
2. Wipe off any excess dirt and adhesive etc.
3. Prior to grouting (Pre-sealing necessary) apply a continuous coat of the product with a brush/roller
4. Leave for 2 hours or until dry
5. Grout as per required effect
6. Clean with Residue Remover (Neutral)
7. When dry apply a second coat of the product
8. Wait at least 4 hours before walking over the floor

Colour Intensifier

What It's For
It is a colour enhancer for most types of unpolished natural stone including Travertine, Tumbled Marble, Slate and Sandstone, etc

2. Resistant to peeling
3. Easy to apply
4. 2 in 1: protection and enhancer
5. Wet look
6. Certified as suitable for use on food contact surfaces

How It's Used

1. After checking the wall/floor is clean, brush/roller/sponge on a continuous coat of Colour Intensifier
2. Wait 12 hours then apply a second coat if required
3. On particularly absorbent stone, a third coat may be required to give a better effect

Slate Impregnator Sealer

What It's For
Protects slate against stains and water absorption

Advantages

1. Does not alter the surface appearance or colour
2. Does not leave any filmy residue
3. Water based

How It's Used

1. Clean with Residue Remover (Neutral)
2. When dry, apply a continuous coat of the product with a brush or a roller
3. Within 4 hours, apply a second coat
4. Wait at least 4 hours before walking over the floor

Grout Protector

What It's For
For protecting all grout joints on wall and floor tiles

Advantages

1. Protects the grouts in ceramic tile floors and walls
2. Prevents the absorption of stains, particularly greasy ones
3. Eases the removal of dirt
4. Water based
5. Does not alter the surface appearance or colour

How It's Used

1. Apply the product to the grout using the spout in the cap
2. Spread the product evenly with a small brush
3. Leave to dry for a few hours
4. The surface is ready to use

Routine maintenance

Stone Cleaner

What It's For
A routine cleaner for all types of tiles, as well as marble and granite floors

Advantages

1. Cleans without damaging the surface
2. No need to rinse if used highly diluted (1:200)
3. Can be used with a floor cleaning machine

How It's Used - Weekly use:

1. Dilute a 25 ml of the product in 5 litres of water
2. Mop floor or clean surface as necessary (no need to rinse)

Special Applications:
On very dirty surfaces or for in-depth cleaning, dilute 500 ml of the product in 5 litres of water. Wipe up the dirt and rinse

Grout Cleaner

What It's For
For cleaning grout joints in tiled walls and floors

Advantages

1. Specific detergent for cleaning the grouts in ceramic tile walls and floors
2. May be used on grouting for surfaces made from marble, tumbled marble or agglomerates, provided they are not protected or treated with wax
3. Does not damage the tile surface
4. For all types of grout joints (cement and epoxy)

How It's Used

1. Apply the product directly onto the grout
2. Leave for a few seconds
3. Scrub with an abrasive sponge or floor scrubbing brush
4. Rinse with water

Laminate Cleaner

What It's For

1. Neutral detergent specially designed for the household cleaning of varnished, pre-finished or laminated wooden floors
2. It is also suitable for cleaning all other types of varnished wooden surfaces (doors, tables, furniture etc)

How It's Used

1. Dampen a cloth with the product and wipe the surface to be cleaned

Stone Stain Remover

What It's For
A powerful cleaner for stubborn stains and the removal of layers of wax/residue

Advantages

1. Effective for cleaning very dirty surfaces
2. Liquid wax remover
3. Effective stain remover for polished porcelain stoneware

How It's Used

1. Pour the product diluted 1:5 directly onto the floor
2. Leave for 1 minute
3. Scour, wash and rinse as required removing any residue with a damp sponge
4. Do not leave the product on stone surfaces
5. If any dirt remains, repeat the procedure with a dilution of 1:2

Polished Stone Restorer

What It's For
Protects and restores worn or opaque surfaces on stone floors and honed limestone which stain easily

Advantages

1. Brilliant natural shine
2. Easy to apply
3. Can be re-polished

How It's Used

1. Clean the surface with Stone Cleaner
2. When completely dry, apply a continuous coat of the product with a damp cloth/roller
3. Leave for 30 minutes or until dry
4. Polish the surface with a polisher or woollen cloth

NB From time to time, wash 'n' wax the floor using a glassful of the product in 5 litres of water. Polish when dry.

What It's For

1. Laminate Wash & Shine is a high-gloss detergent, that simultaneously cleans and protects laminated floors
2. It forms a self-polishing film that is highly resistant to wear and dirt

3. Gives floors an attractive gloss-effect

How It's Used

1. Dilute 1:20 and apply with a cloth
2. Wait a few minutes before walking on the surface

Stone Stripper

What It's For
Removes conventional solvent based wax treatment from natural stone and terracotta Removes residues of Polished Porcelain Impregnator Sealer, Granite Impregnator Sealer, Polished Travertine and Marble Impregnator Sealer

Advantages

1. Does not emit unpleasant odours
2. Easy to use

How It's Used

1. Pour small amounts of Stone Stripper onto a cloth then pass the cloth over the surface taking care to change the cloth often so that the residue is not spread back onto the floor
2. For the removal of layers of old solvent-based wax, stubborn stains or solid deposits, leave the Stone Stripper to act on the floor for a few minutes then scrub the area directly with a brush
