Welcome to Topps Tiles (UK) ltd. of Topps Tiles, Thorpe Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SU (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as ‘we’ or ‘Topps tiles’)

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Topps Tiles. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Topps Tiles. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

Topps Tiles reserves the right to change or update these Terms and conditions and any other content of this website.

Description of goods

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. ‘Out of stock’ will be stated next to those items unavailable.

Ordering

After selecting your products from the range available, you will proceed to the checkout area. You will be passed to a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and obtain payment from your card provider.

Acceptance and completion of your order

Acceptance of your order will be confirmed via email once we have received payment. Whether or not you receive the email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.

Prices

All of the prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. We will always display accurate prices for our products but if we do make a mistake, we will charge you at the correct price of the goods and not attempt to sell them to you at a higher or lower price.

All prices are online prices therefore may vary in store. Orders made in store for home delivery or store collection, may be charged at the store price.

Prices quoted are correct at time of publishing.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note: All delivery charges are for orders made online only and don’t apply to those orders made in store. Delivery charges for store orders will differ according to the quantity ordered and your area.

**Next day delivery does not apply to sample tile orders. Your sample tiles will arrive on a separate delivery if you have requested next day delivery for any other items ordered in the same transaction. Sample tiles will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Refund Policy

Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and should be in resaleable condition. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods (excluding delivery charges). If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct 20% off the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item(s) to store simply take your item(s) and your sales order receipt to your nearest store. To find your nearest store, use our online store locator www.toppstiles.co.uk You will receive a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Or

To return an unwanted item via courier, select this option from the drop down menu on the Returns Form. You will be notified by email or text which day we will be making the collection. Items can only be collected between the hours of 7am and 9pm Monday to Friday. Collections on a Saturday can only be made between the hours of 9am and 12pm. A collection charge will be levied.

Please allow 30 days to process your claim once the collection of the item has been made. The appropriate refund will be credited to the payment card account (excluding delivery charges).

If a free gift is offered with a purchase and the customer has agreed to receive this free gift, on refund of the item, the gift must also be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Sample Returns

Sample tiles can not be returned via courier. For a refund on your sample tiles please take them to your nearest store. To find your nearest store, use our online store locator www.toppstiles.co.uk

You will receive a full refund for the amount spent on the samples, excluding the delivery charges. Or you can use the money spent on the samples as a credit towards your complete tile purchase in store.

Please bring your sales order receipt as proof of purchase when returning sample tiles.

Faulty/Damaged Products

If the product you purchased arrived damaged, we should be informed within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. If returning item via courier the online returns form must be completed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods Returns Form. If returning item to the store, this should be done within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods.

If the product you purchased is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund or repair free of charge if notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods. This excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, not following the instructions and normal wear and tear.

To return a faulty or damaged item(s) to store simply take your item and your sales order receipt to your nearest store. To find your nearest store, use our online store locator www.toppstiles.co.uk You will receive a full refund including the delivery charge.

Or

To return a faulty or damaged item via courier, select this option from the drop down menu on the returns form Returns Form. State when and where you would like the products to be collected between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Collection is free of charge for faulty or damaged items.

To exchange a faulty or damaged item(s), select the exchange option from the drop down menu on the returns form Returns Form. If you request the replacement item to be sent to your nearest store, an email will be sent once the item is ready for collection. The faulty or damaged item must be taken with you with the returns form to the store in order to process the exchange. Exchanges can only be undertaken for like for like products only.

If you request your item to be sent via DHL, an email will be sent once the item has been dispatched. We use the deliver and collect process by which you hand over the damaged or faulty item in order to receive the exchanged product.

Goods are inspected before agreeing to a full or partial refund. If goods are not damaged or faulty, the collection charge will be deducted off the refund amount.

Delivery charge is refunded for damaged or faulty items, however if more than one item was ordered and only one item is returned for being faulty or damaged, the delivery charge is non refundable.

Refunds are paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

Damaged Samples

If your sample tiles arrive damaged, please call the free phone customer service number 0800 234 703. Or take your samples into your nearest store for a full refund, excluding delivery charges. To find your nearest store, use our online store locator www.toppstiles.co.uk

Please bring your sales order receipt as proof of purchase when returning sample tiles.

Samples

Only three samples can be ordered per single transaction.

The standard carriage charge applies to sample orders.

Please note: we advise you to buy tiles, borders and decors from the same range as the tiles may be sourced from different suppliers which may result in a slight variation in size/colour.

Please check your tiles carefully before fixing. Shade variation is a design feature of most of our tiles. If for any reason you are not happy with the shade of your tiles, we can not accept the responsibility after the tiles have been fixed. Please ensure you are happy with the shade of your tiles before you start any project.

Cut sample tiles

For delivery purposes, some large tiles or wood sample may have to be cut. If you receive a cut sample (samples smaller than the size stated on the website) they will be free of charge, however you will still incur a delivery charge.

Cut samples can not be credited towards a further purchase in store.
