Building and management contractor operating across London & Essex. Having worked in these areas for a long time, we have built and maintained great relationships with the local councils and businesses.
More than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial refurbishments and new builds. Being in the industry for so long we are aware of many potential obstacles that can be omitted if approached correctly, whether it is structural issues, new legislation formed, handling the neighbouring commercial and residential premises or any other aspects that may need to be taken on board. Undertake new builds both timber and concrete framed, as well as management and refurbishment of existing properties.
Team of 15 full-time employees with varied trade skills allows us to handle and oversee all jobs from start to finish. Our projects are well timed and we provide accurate and realistic budgeting and deadlines. We sign all of our jobs off with Gas Safe certificate and NIC electrical certificates.
PJR Creative Studios was formed in 2016 and currently manage approx 60,000 sqft of affordable work spaces in Haringey built up within the last two and half years. These have all been converted/refurbished/build by PJR Creative Building and then let and managed by PJR Creative Studios.
PJR Creative are currently going through planning to re-generate further 20,000 sqft of commercial space in Haringey as well as in final discussion over a £4.5million project in Hackney re-developing 21,000 sqft of railway arches.
Working close with the Haringey and Hackney Council makes us stand out as a business that is able to maximise space and efficiency by developing sites and helping to relocate businesses within the boroughs
