100% of our store stock & special order products are available online so you can order everything we sell right here, right now - at exactly the same prices instore. Plus all prices include VAT.
3. Ordering for Home or Store Delivery
All of our products can be delivered to your home, business or one of our 300 stores nationwide for collection - it’s your choice.
4. Delivery Charges & Timing
Most products are delivered within 3 - 5 working days, other custom products may take 15 days. Basic delivery is £4.99, but spend over £150 and delivery is FREE. We also offer next day and Saturday delivery options.
5. Refunds & Returns
Don’t forget you can return any resaleable tiles within 60 days of delivery for a FULL refund. Not 100% happy? Let us know within 7 days for a full refund.
6. Damages
We hope all your items arrive in perfect condition, however if there are any damaged items simply get in touch and we’ll deliver replacements as soon as we can.....
7. Sample Ordering
To view a tile before purchasing try our sample service, plus you can return any samples for a refund if you place a full order.
