Topps Tiles is committed to offering excellent service with a personal touch, and to ensure we continue to achieve this we have a unique delivery policy. From 11th June 2012 we implemented a new delivery service where your order is fulfilled by a local store rather than a central warehouse. The store will personally pick your order, wrap it and call you to arrange a convenient time with a local courier, ensuring we are in control of your order every step of the way. This system means we are able to deliver six days a week, Monday-Saturday, with no extra cost for a weekend delivery. (Please note that charges for Next Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery Before Midday still apply.)

Delivery on sample tiles is free of charge. You can order up to six samples at any one time. Samples are delivered by courier service and will be posted through a letter box if they fit, otherwise they will need a signature.
